PHILProperties International Corporation (PPIC) is a vibrant organization managed by some of the most successful real estate entrepreneurs and practitioners of this generation, namely: Mr. Emanuel Florendo, Ms. Jacqueline J. Florendo, Mr. Oscar Alabado, Ms. Emerita Enero, and Mr Rey Sinena.

Initially, PPIC together with MegaEast Properties Inc., were entrusted by Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc., with marketing prime and strategic real estate properties located in the business, residential and tourism areas of Quezon City, Marikina City, Caloocan City, Cainta, Taytay, Binangonan, Bulacan, and Tagaytay City. Recently, PPIC together with MEPI has grown bigger and they now carry ‘dream’ properties situated in Metro Manila, Makati City, Pasig City, Taguig, and The Fort or Fort Bonifacio and other key cities in the Philippines.

PPIC has broadened its marketing reach because it now offers real estate properties not only from Sta. Lucia Realty but also from other big companies that deal with the same business.

PPIC’s vice-presidents, assistant vice-presidents, sales directors, managers and agents are all energetic, experienced and deeply committed to providing affordable but aesthetically and environmentally practical real estate properties to their clients.
