The Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRB-RES) has called on real estate brokers, appraisers, assessors and other affected sectors of the Real Estate Service Act (R.A. 9646) to submit their comments on the new law’s proposed Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) that is being finalized for implementation by July.
